Example Curriculums

Our goal is to work with building administration to identify the needs of their Leadership Team and their Faculty. We believe that Professional Development should be tailored to the needs of those we work with. These are some examples of Curriculums that could be offered.

  • Communication Mastery for Educators — A practical training that strengthens clarity, tone, and instructional delivery. Teachers learn communication habits that reduce confusion, increase engagement, and create more consistent learning experiences across classrooms and grade levels.

  • Leadership Essentials for School Teams — A Maxwell‑aligned session that builds confident, values‑driven leadership. Staff learn influence skills, collaborative decision‑making, and communication strategies that support positive culture and shared accountability.

  • DISC for Educators & Support Staff — A highly interactive training that helps staff understand behavioral styles, communication preferences, and conflict triggers. Participants gain tools to improve teamwork, parent communication, and student interactions through personalized insights.

  • High‑Performance Team Communication — A PD focused on strengthening collaboration within PLCs, departments, and leadership teams. Educators learn structures for productive dialogue, efficient meetings, and communication systems that reduce friction and increase alignment.

  • Conflict & Crucial Conversations — A training that equips staff to navigate difficult conversations with students, parents, and colleagues. Participants practice de‑escalation, reframing, and assertive communication techniques that preserve relationships while addressing issues directly.

  • Culture‑Building Through Communication — A PD that helps schools intentionally shape culture through shared language, norms, and communication habits. Staff learn how micro‑behaviors, messaging patterns, and leadership tone influence climate and community trust.

  • Administrator Communication & Leadership — A leadership‑level session designed for principals and district leaders. Focuses on vision‑casting, staff motivation, parent communication, and crisis clarity. Administrators gain tools to communicate direction, manage resistance, and build trust.

  • Student Engagement Through Communication — A classroom‑focused PD that teaches educators how communication patterns influence student motivation, participation, and ownership. Participants learn strategies that increase engagement without adding workload.

Add Ons Explained

Multi-Session Series

Master our curriculum across multiple sessions. Communication and Leadership are life-long endeavors. We offer multiple sessions in sets of three. These are great options for early release time, or building leadership team meetings. We can even meet with individual departments or with a small group of identified educators.

Multi-Session Mastermind Sessions

A guided, small‑group learning experience built around a leadership or communication book. Participants meet regularly to discuss key concepts, apply insights to real challenges, and build accountability for growth. The format blends reading, reflection, and facilitated dialogue to deepen understanding and drive practical change.

Communication Coaching Circles

Ideal for leadership teams, we offer direct communication coaching circles where we take struggles and scenarios that your team identifies. We work through the communication experience and coach your team in strategies for better outcomes.

School-Wide Communication Audit

Sometimes as leaders, we know we have an issue, but may have a hard time pinpointing what the cause(s) of the problem. As Communications Consultants, we specialize in evaluating systems, processes and personalities to map your company’s communications. In doing so, we identify where the breakdowns or miscommunications are occuring and help develop a plan to fix or streamline the system.

DISC Assessments

DISC Assessment is a great tool that can be paired with any of our trainings. DISC assesses the Communication and Workplace personality of the tester. The comprehensive report issued after the assessment identifies strengths and obstacles as well as tips and tricks for better communication across styles. We utilize this information in trainings and workshops to help educators identify how their personality and communication type is impacting their team, their leadership style, their relationships with students, and their classroom as a whole
